Tenet (2020) Trailer Review

In this current age trailers have been few and far between but last night we got a trailer for the new Christopher Nolan film Tenet and here is my thoughts on it.

It is coming to Cinema, but probably not in July

Christopher Nolan has always said he wants Tenet to release in the cinema and this trailer confirms that will be the case. Originally they were sticking to a July date, but that has now been taken off cinema listings and it is rumoured to take Wonder Woman 1984's date in August or Dune's date in December, either way I am happy this film will be able to be seen on the big screen.

Time Travel is involved

Let's face it this trailer tells us very little about the plot, just like the majority of Nolan films, but we are still interested. What we do know is that the film will involve some sort of time travel, after Interstellar and Inception kind of dealt with these subjects it seems Nolan is going all in on it in this film. 

People get to see Robert Pattinson before The Batman

Plenty of people have only seen Robert Pattinson in the Twilight franchise but now it is a chance to see him in another huge blockbuster and see just how much he has improved and how good an actor he has become. This will hopefully lead to more people having faith in him for the role as Batman.

Overall, this trailer is interesting but shows very little in terms of plot. I think the biggest thing is that it will be in cinemas but I am just as excited to get the chance to see Tenet.
